Returns Policy – Stitched Bundles
At Threaded Bundles, each item is carefully crafted to meet the highest quality standards. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Your order number and name/business used to purchase

A description of the issue

Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Threaded Bundles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items.
