At Threaded Bundles, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner.

Logo Setup Time

For custom logo orders, please allow up to 3 business days for logo setup. We will send you a stitch-out preview for approval.

Processing time begins only after you confirm that the stitch-out is correct.
Delays in approval may result in extended processing times.

Processing Time

Once your logo is approved (if applicable), please allow 3–7 business days for order processing. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 1–4 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
